The Blackrock Barracks is a two-story stone building with external wooden stairs leading to the second floor. Inside are several rooms for housing troops, with a fireplace and officer’s quarters on the upper floor. It is designed to sit in line with the Blackrock Keep and Norman Fort Walls.
